Tim Brückner

(CEO)

Tim Brückner (born 1977) has been appointed as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of 20 May 2019. He has been Langen-based DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG’s CFO since 1 February 2019. The trained banker obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration, Banking and Finance and his Master of Arts (Banking & Finance) at the Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft / Frankfurt School of Finance & Management between 2000 and 2005. During his studies, he worked as an analyst at BHF Bank AG and ING Investment Banking before moving to Global Advisory at HSBC in London. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Brückner worked for Rothschild GmbH, most recently as Vice President and from 2012 to 2019 for Corpus Sireo Real Estate, including as Managing Director of the Luxembourg subsidiary and Head of Portfolio Management.

Kevin Julian Fuhr

(Member of Management Board)

Kevin Julian Fuhr (born 1982) has been appointed as a member of the company’s Management Board as of 1 April 2019. He also signs responsible for Corporate Development at DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG since mid-February 2019. Previously, he held executive positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Management International GmbH and Swiss Life Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH. Mr. Fuhr holds degrees from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and IREBS/DVFA Deutsche Vereinigung für Finanzanalyse und Asset Management.

Frank Hölzle

(Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Frank Hölzle (born 1968) has a degree in economics (Diplom-Volkswirt) and is CEO of Care4 AG with registered offices in Basel, Switzerland. After completing his studies in economics at the University of Freiburg, Frank Hölzle acted as authorized signatory and general manager for a listed investment company in Marl and Frankfurt am Main from 1998 to 2002. In 2002, he became general manager of HvM-Consulting GmbH with registered offices in Düsseldorf. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Hölzle was board member and partner of eCapital entrepreneurial Partners AG, a venture capital company with registered offices in Münster. In 2010, he joined Care4 AG, a Single Family Office in Basel, of which he has been CEO since 2015. Frank Hölzle holds other mandates with the supervisory boards of DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstands Real Estate AG, Westgrund AG and MobileObjects AG as well as with the administrative board of SlCinvent AG with registered offices in Basel, Switzerland. Mr. Hölzle is a trained coach for managing directors, board members and managers of small and medium-sized enterprises.

 

Ingo Hartlief

(Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board)

Ingo Hartlief (born 1965) was appointed to Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board as of 20 May 2019. Mr. Hartlief has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as from 15 January until 20 May 2019. He has been Langen-based DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG’s CEO since 20 December 2018. The business administration graduate was Managing Director of CORPUS SIREO Real Estate GmbH in Cologne from 2010 to 2017. From 2002 to 2010, Mr. Hartlief worked for Union Investment Real Estate GmbH in Hamburg as managing director. He worked at Viterra AG (today Vonovia SE) in Essen/Bochum from 1996 to 2002 as division manager and managing director of Viterra Gewerbeimmobilien GmbH. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Hartlief was involved in corporate development at VEBA AG in Düsseldorf. Ingo Hartlief is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). 

Daniel Zimmer

(Supervisory Board)

Daniel Zimmer(born 1977) has been head of legal for Consus Real Estate AG since August 2018. As from July 2015 until July 2018 he was legal counsel at DEMIRE Deutsche Mittelstand Real Estate AG. Following his second state examination in law in March 2007 at the “Johann Wolfgang Goethe University” in Frankfurt am Main, Mr. Zimmer completed his studies majoring in civil law, contract law, economic law as well as commercial and corporate law. From 2007 to 2010, he worked as an attorney for PricewaterhouseCoopers AG in Frankfurt am Main in the area of financial services. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Zimmer moved to the legal department’s banking and capital markets law division of Norddeutsche Landesbank in Hanover. Mr. Zimmer is especially familiar with banking and capital markets law, corporate law as well as contractual documentation of the national and international lending business.
