Fair Value REIT-AG is a Real Estate Investment Trust that focuses on the ownership and management of commercial real estate in German regional centres.

Through outsourcing its property management and accounting functions, Fair Value utilises a streamlined and costs-efficient structure to concentrate on its core competencies – strategic asset management.

Fair Value holds a fundamentally strong portfolio of properties and real estate interests that enjoys broad diversification on both a regional and a sectoral basis. A high equity ratio equivalent to 45% of real estate assets, which is required by law, also ensures an elevated degree of stability.

As a REIT, Fair Value is exempt from corporation and trade tax. At least 90% of annual net income (as calculated according to German commercial law/HGB accounting) is distributed as a dividend to the company's shareholders.
