Real estate share offering above-average transparency

Fair Value REIT-AG offers its shareholders and all other parties interested in the company a high degree of transparency that exceeds the mandatory publication requirements that are incumbent upon the company. This relates to both the company's financial reporting and information relating to the portfolio of real estate and participations.

For this reason, Fair Value not only complies with the corresponding statutory regulations when preparing its financial reports, but also takes into account the specific information requirements of investors and analysts. As a consequence, the company publishes extensive information about individual properties and financial liabilities in its annual reports that are significant for the analysis and valuation of real estate shares.

 

These can be found in voluntary notes at the end of the consolidated financial statements under the heading of "Liabilities and Portfolio". This website also provides detailed information about the properties that is updated when the interim financial reports are published.

 

A REIT – Higher Return for Investors

REIT stands for Real Estate Investment Trust. The assets of these listed companies in Germany consist mainly of real estate and investments in other real estate companies.

 

At the international level, REITs have been established for many years. On 1 January 2007, they were introduced in Germany as well.
